Housing Contract for Housing Selection

You are here

Housing Contracts for the 25-26 Housing Selection process will open at 12 noon on Monday, March 17, 2025.

The Housing and Meal Plan Contract is binding for the full academic year consisting of Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. If the student is enrolled at Lehigh as a student, they will be held to the contract. The contract becomes effective when housing is selected or when the university places the students into housing after a contract is signed. Students on approved co-op or study abroad are not charged while participating in the program but are financially bound to the contract for the semester they attend Lehigh. Any student who takes time away from Lehigh for any reason will not be charged while not enrolled but are financially bound to the contract for any timeframe they attend Lehigh.

Students may see more than one housing contract. Students should select and complete only one housing contract based on which housing process (Greek, Jr/Sr Lottery, Second Year Housing Selection or Theme) they are selecting to participate in. If you sign more than one housing contract, you will be bound to the housing contract which has the most recent timestamp (last contract signed).

Housing Contracts can be cancelled/changed/reviewed through 8 AM on Monday, March 31, 2025. If you choose to change processes, please be sure to cancel the housing contract for the process in which you no longer wish to participate.

To sign a housing contract, log into your Housing & Dining Portal. Under My Applications, select the housing contract you want to sign.

For those who will be adding roommates, once everyone in your group has signed their housing contract, you will to be able to match together into a roommate group.
