Monika Skuriat Fritz, MBA, Director of Retail Partnerships in Auxiliary Services and Brett Johnson, Manager of Parking Services wrote an article about Lehigh University’s Auxiliary Experience Program. It explains how work study student test campus services like transportation, parking, and bike share to find ways to improve them. Their feedback has led to cleaner bus shelters, easier-to-use websites, and better bike maintenance.

Take note: On Thursday, July 10 and Friday, July 11, 2025, Parking Services will be closed while the office relocates to 125 Goodman Drive.

In the spring of 2023, Transportation & Parking Services announced an assessment, in partnership with FHI Studios, to evaluate our transportation and parking operations, policies, and procedures. The assessment included surveys and outreach sessions to gain feedback on a variety of topics from faculty, staff, and students with the intent of making adjustments for this coming academic year.
