Housing Placement List for Lottery Participants

All students who did not, or are unable to select a space during one of the group selection processes will be contacted in regards to remaining on the Housing Placement List. Students who remain on the Housing Placement List will be placed in selection number order to receive an assignment. Please do not email us asking what your selection number is. Even if we shared it with you, it would not be helpful. Selection numbers were pre-determined randomly for all students who contracted for housing on campus for 24-25 once housing contracts closed. There were over 2,200 selection numbers assigned for on-campus housing and there are less than 400 students eligible for the Placement List.

Students who want to be on the Placement List should complete the Preference Form no later than Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Any rising Jr/Sr who does not complete the Preference Form will have their contract voided. Assignments will be made between April 4-15, 2024. Rising Jr/Srs have three days to cancel their housing contract without penalty. The exact deadline for cancellation will be in the housing assignment information because of varying dates for assignment. After that date, cancellation fees will apply.

Please be sure to check your email on a daily basis between April 4-15 as we may email options which require a response and we will email assignments which require a response within three business days if you choose to cancel your housing contract. Please do not email us between April 4-15 asking when you will get your housing assignment. It slows down the assignment process.
