As part of an LVAIC contract, Lehigh has partnered with Ricoh to lease multi-functional devices (MFDs) and printers. Leases are offered in 36-month or 60-month terms and can be customized to best fit your department’s needs.

Lease Contract Terms - Active Leases
- During your lease term of 36 or 60 months, the department is responsible for the monthly rental fee in addition to any overage charges for additional copies. These are considered active leases.
- Purchasing Services will manage your lease expenses on a Unimarket Blanket Order created for each fiscal year of the active lease.
- Monthly invoices are accepted on your behalf by a Purchasing admin; you will be prompted via DocuSign to approve any overage charges.
- Please note that any lengthy delay in your approval of overage fees may result in automatic acceptance of the charges. We should avoid delinquent Ricoh invoices as much as possible.
Lease Contract Terms - Inactive Leases
Per our contract, when a lease term expires, it is considered an inactive lease. A department has 3 options for an inactive lease:
- Keep the device on a month-to-month basis. Monthly billing will continue. Department is responsible for monthly rental in addition to any overage charges for additional copies.
- Request an upgrade to the current device by contacting our Ricoh rep. Until your new device is received, monthly billing will continue for the current device.
- Request a physical return of the current device. To do so, please contact Purchasing and/or our Ricoh rep. Billing will discontinue once the device is physically returned to Ricoh.
