Best Practices when traveling using your OneCard

  • Before leaving for your trip:
    • Contact Wells Fargo at 800-932-0036 with the location you are traveling to and the dates you will be there
      • Your unique ID is the last four digits of your LIN
    • If traveling with a group or making arrangements for a group, please notify Brenda Bachman, OneCard Program Manager, ahead of time
      • Brenda will work with Wells Fargo in getting codes added to your account so that multiple transactions same day, same vendor will be allowed
