Book your flight, car and hotel accommodations for your Lehigh business trip

The University’s managed travel program is designed to meet the travel needs of individuals who travel on official University business. Lehigh has partnered with CTP who has over 33 years of experience in serving Higher Ed. for over 185 institutions. Booking through Concur/CTP allows the University to exercise a strong duty of care, which includes the benefit of quickly locating and assisting traveling employees in times of emergency. If you do not currently have a Lehigh Concur travel profile, please create one before attempting to book travel.

Travel Agency Fee Structure: Use Lehigh University’s preferred provider, Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) and their Concur system to book domestic and international travel. Please use this link for a detailed view of CTP's fee structure. 

Group Travel (10+): When needing to book group travel, to help expedite the request, please complete the Group Travel Request Form

Price Matching: If you find the exact airfare priced differently from CTP, please send na.pricematch@ctptravelservices.com an email requesting a price check. Provide screenshots with what you found and where in comparison with what CTP has listed on their site.  CTP will get back to you within 2 to 4 hours. 

Unused Tickets:  "Unused" airline tickets are a credit to an airline that resulted from canceling a changeable, but non-refundable ticket. If you have unused travel credits available, we encourage you to use them for any upcoming university travel.  Unused credits can be viewed in your Concur Profile under “Unused Tickets”.

Small International Flight Carriers: If you are searching for a small, international flight carrier and are unable to find them in Concur, please reach out to a CTP Agent for assistance.

*COMING JAN. 2025* CTP's Innovative Lightning Booking Tool:
Lightning will be replacing Concur as the University wide travel booking tool through CTP. Lightning brings speed, savings, sustainability, and simplicity to the business travel booking experience. Check out our Lightning landing page for more info!
Real ID Reminder:
Beginning May 7, 2025, travelers will need a state-issued REAL ID compliant license or identification card, or another acceptable form of ID—such as a passport—to fly within the United States. Please visit the Homeland Security website for additional information regarding REAL ID.
New European Travel Authorization Requirement:
Starting in 2025, U.S. passport holders, along with visa-exempt nationals from many other countries, will need authorization via the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) to travel to 30 European countries. The official ETIAS website and this FAQ have more information about the new authorization requirements and process.
