Log-in to Housing and Dining Self Service; My Information; My Info; Spring 2024 and select your check out date no later than Friday, May 3, 2024.
Residents who sign up for Senior, Summer, or Temporary Housing will still complete Step 1 as instructed above and mark the appropriate check box that you have applied.
Residents who are unable to leave campus by 9:00 AM, Thursday, May 16th for any reason must apply for Senior, Summer, or Temporary Housing by Friday, May 3, 2024. Residents in Singleton and Hitch are being asked to complete this step by Tuesday, April 30, 2024 because of quick turnarounds and relocations in these buildings.

Log-in to Housing and Dining Self Service; My Information; My Information; Spring 2024: Update your check out date (if needed) and tell us where you are dropping off your key. Singleton, Hitch, Maida, Brodhead and Warren Square residents select the location for your building to let us know you've checked out since you do not have keys to drop off. Envelopes are available at all locations. Be sure to put your name, building and room number on the envelope.
Key Drop off locations: all keys must be returned by 9 AM on Thursday, May 16, 2024 unless you have been approved for Senior, Summer, or Temporary Housing and plan to remain on campus.
During business hours 8:15am - 4:45pm M-F -Housing Services (63 University Drive)
After hours & weekends- IDEAL Office (42 University Drive), Police Station (321 East Packer Ave)
Students approved for Senior housing must return keys by 9 PM on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Students approved for Summer and Temporary Housing will be given instructions to return their Spring keys to the same locations within 24 hours of moving.
