RESIDENTS WHO ARE LOCKED OUT OF THEIR ROOM SHOULD FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES:
1. Find your roommate.
2. If they are not available, call Lehigh dispatch (ext. 84200). They will send someone to open the door.
The student will not receive a charge for the first lockout. Continued lockouts throughout the academic year will result in the following charges: 2nd lockout=$35 service fee; 3rd and each additional lockout=$75 service fee and a referral to the conduct process.
