Signing the Contract
The Housing Contract is binding for the full academic year consisting of the Fall and Spring semesters. If the student is enrolled at Lehigh as a student, they will be held to the contract. The contract becomes effective when housing is selected or when the University places the students into housing after a contract is signed. Students on approved co-op or study abroad are not charged while participating in the program but are financially bound to the contract for the semester they attend Lehigh. Any student who takes time away from Lehigh for any reason will not be charged while not enrolled but is financially bound to the contract for any timeframe they attend Lehigh.
Students participating in Second Year Selection, Theme Selection, or Upperclass (Jr/Sr) Lottery should log into your Housing & Dining Portal to complete their contract.
Students participating in the Greek Sophomore or Greek Upperclass Process should complete the Google Form sent to them via email.
