Different types of accommodations may be processed by several offices on campus. Note deadlines for each term and type of student and explore the protocol below.
Housing Accommodation Requests Timeline
Students must complete the appropriate forms and paperwork by the deadlines below:
Current students: Friday, January 30, 2026
Gryphon applicants: Friday, January 30, 2026
Graduate Housing: Friday, May 15, 2026
Incoming First Year & Transfer students: Monday, June 1, 2026

Approved post-deadline housing accommodations will be provided on a space available basis. Once a housing accommodation is determined, a room change will be offered as soon as a space meeting the accommodation becomes available.
Protocol
Please note that requests for air conditioning that are not linked to any other accommodation requests are handled directly by Housing Services. Refer to the Air Conditioner Policy in Residence Halls for more information and a link to the Air Conditioning Medical Form to be completed by the student’s clinician.
Accommodation requests for Central AC must be handled through DSS and on the DSS timeline. Housing will only handle requests for single-unit air conditioners.
All housing accommodation requests must be made through the Office of Disability Support Services.
All religious accommodation requests must be made through the Chaplain's Office.
