Lehigh’s Auxiliary Experience Program “Secret Shopping”: The Transit & Parking Experience

Monika Skuriat Fritz, MBA, Director of Retail Partnerships in Auxiliary Services and Brett Johnson, Manager of Parking Services wrote an article about Lehigh University’s Auxiliary Experience Program. It explains how work study student test campus services like transportation, parking, and bike share to find ways to improve them. Their feedback has led to cleaner bus shelters, easier-to-use websites, and better bike maintenance.
