Your 27SV parking permit is valid at the following locations at all times:
- The parking lots in the Saucon Village Zone.
- The Goodman Commuter Lot.
- In 3 designated parking locations at Mountaintop Campus, at all times. Click here to see the locations highlighted in tan.
- The 4 hour short term parking spaces located on Mountaintop Campus.
Your 27SV permit is valid in the in the Mountaintop and Asa Packer Residential zones during academic breaks. Academic break dates are as follows:
- Summer Break: July 1 – August 21, 2026
- Pacing Break: October 12, 2026
- Thanksgiving Break: November 25-27, 2026
- Winter Break: December 17, 2025 – January 22, 2027
- Spring Break: March 15-19, 2027
- Summer Break: May 20 – June 30, 2027
Additional Information:
- Your permit expires on May 31, 2027.
- Your permit is also valid in any faculty/staff parking zone Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and on weekends.
- Permits must be displayed on the rear-view mirror, with emblem facing out, at all times. Please display your receipt on your dashboard until your permit arrives.
- If you lose your permit, please contact Parking Services to report it and to obtain a replacement.
- Your permit is NOT transferable, and cannot be displayed in any vehicles other than the ones registered with Parking Services. If you need to bring a different vehicle, please provide a copy of the vehicle’s registration to Parking Services.
- REFUNDS: If you no longer need your permit after the fall semester, you may be eligible for a prorated refund if you return the permit by December 31, 2026. Refunds will be processed through the Bursars office.
- You may download the Passport Parking app (ppprk.com) to park in various locations on campus. These locations can be found on page 42 of the parking regulations.
- Saucon Village residents are also eligible to receive a Lyft code that provides up to $60 in ride credit per day (click here to see more details).
