Saucon Village Parking Permits

Saucon Village parking permits valid for either June 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, or June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, will be available for sale online beginning at 9:30 AM on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Please keep in mind that all permits will be sold on a first come first served basis.

All Saucon Village parking permits are valid in the following locations at all times:

1. The parking lots in the Saucon Village Zone.
2. The Goodman Commuter Lot.
3. In 3 designated parking locations at Mountaintop Campus, at all times. Click here to see the locations highlighted in tan.
4. The 4 hour short term parking spaces located on Mountaintop Campus.
    

Residents will also receive a Lyft code that provides up to $60 in ride credit per day (click here to see more details).

All Saucon Village parking permits are also valid in the Mountaintop and Asa Packer Residential zones during academic breaks. The academic breaks are as follows:

• Summer Break:  July 1 – August 21, 2026
• Pacing Break: October 12, 2026
• Thanksgiving Break: November 25-27, 2026
• Winter Break:  December 17, 2026 – January 22, 2027
• Spring Break: March 15-19, 2027
• Summer Break:  May 20 – June 30, 2027
   

In addition, all permits are valid in faculty/staff parking zones Monday through Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. and on weekends. To view the parking areas included in the parking zones, please see the Campus Zone Map. 

If you are interested in a permit valid just for the Goodman Commuter lot for $95, valid through May 23, 2027, please contact Parking Services. Details of this permit can be found here.

Please note: RA/GA/TAs living in Saucon Village may purchase a Dual Zone or All Access permit. Details for these permits will be provided at a later date.

If you no longer need your permit please return it to Parking Services for a prorated refund.

Permit for spouse or partner: This permit is available to all Saucon Village permit holders for their spouse’s or partner’s vehicle at NO CHARGE to park in the Saucon Village parking lot only. The expiration date coincides with that of the Saucon Village permit. To obtain this permit:

1. Purchase the Saucon Village permit online first.
2. Email inpark@lehigh.edu to request the free permit.
3. Attach the vehicle registration you would like linked to the permit.

The permit will be mailed separately to the address you used for the Saucon Village permit.

Online Permit Purchase Information

To purchase your permit, please login to go.lehigh.edu/parking using your Lehigh ID and password. Do not create a new account.

Please keep in mind:

• If your vehicle was not previously registered with Lehigh, you will be required to scan and upload a copy of your state vehicle registration. Your state vehicle registration must be included with your submission or you will NOT be able to complete your purchase and your application will not be processed.
• Payment: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please check the billing address you enter as it defaults to the shipping address you enter.
• Shipping: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery, once shipped. All permits will be shipped USPS at no charge. Please be mindful of where you will be residing at the time of shipment and make sure you have entered your correct campus mailing address if you opt to ship your permit to campus. 
• After you have completed the transaction, please print out and display your receipt on your dashboard until your permit arrives.
