Your 27SFM parking permit is valid at the following locations at all times.

  1. The Mountaintop zone (see the blue, tan, and black areas on this map). 
  2. The 4-hour short-term spaces located on the Mountaintop campus. 
  3. The Goodman Commuter Parking Lot (click here for the exact parking location).

Additional information:

  • Your permit expires on August 16, 2026.
  • Your student permit is valid in any faculty/staff spaces in the Mountaintop Zone Monday to Friday, 6 A.M.- 4 P.M. It is only valid in faculty/staff spaces in the Asa Packer Zones and Goodman Zone Monday through Friday, 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M., and on weekends. 
  • Your permit is NOT valid in Authorized Vehicle Only spaces at any time.
  • Permits must be displayed on the rear-view mirror, with emblem facing out, at all times.
  • Your permit is NOT transferable and cannot be displayed in any vehicles other than the ones registered with Parking Services. If you need to bring a different vehicle, please provide a copy of the vehicle’s registration to Parking Services by using the Vehicle Update Request Form
  • Pay-by-plate parking spaces must be paid for at all times while in use.  Please download the Passport Mobile app (ppprk.com) or use Text2Park depending on the time and location. All pay-by-plate parking areas can be found at go.lehigh.edu/parkingregulations
  • REFUNDS: If you no longer need your permit, please return your permit to Parking Services, and a prorated refund will be processed through the Bursar’s office.  If you lose your permit, please contact Parking Services to report it and to obtain a replacement.
