Laura Bachman
Director
Laura serves as the Director of Conference Services, overseeing the marketing and coordination of conferences and special events for both internal and external groups utilizing Lehigh’s facilities, including the Mountaintop campus. She also manages the summer conference program, which includes recruiting, training, and supervising summer staff, as well as coordinating housing, dining, and facility needs for summer groups.
Lauren Dicker
Sales and Client Engagement Specialist
Lauren assists in overseeing the marketing and coordination of conferences and special events for internal and external groups utilizing Lehigh’s facilities. She supports the Director in managing the summer conference program, contributing to promotional strategy, digital content creation, and event logistics.
