Please note that requests for air conditioning that are not linked to any other accommodation requests are handled directly by Housing Services. Refer to the Air Conditioner Policy in Residence Halls for more information and a link to the Air Conditioning Medical Form to be completed by the student’s clinician.
Please note that requests for no carpeting that are not linked to any other accommodation requests are handled directly by Housing Services. The student's clinician must send a detailed letter to Housing Services.
All housing accommodation requests must be requested through the Office of Disability Support Services.

Current students: February 2, 2024
Graduate Housing: May 15, 2024
Incoming First Year: June 3, 2024
Incoming Transfer: June 3, 2024
Graduate Housing: February 15, 2024
Session I: May 1, 2024
Session II: June 1, 2024
Graduate Housing: October 31, 2025
Incoming First Year: January 2, 2025
Incoming Transfer: January 2, 2025
Approved post-deadline housing accommodations will be provided on a space available basis. Once a housing accommodation is determined, a room change will be offered occur as soon as a space meeting the accommodation becomes available.
