The Office of Auxiliary Services' theme of 2026 is “Elevate the Experience”. Over the last several years, the university’s and F&A’s goals have highlighted the importance of creating positive experiences for those who study, work, and live at Lehigh. While we continue to improve our processes, which have been a focal point for us in previous years, this new year, we’re focusing our efforts on elevating the experience within Auxiliary Services.
As part of this initiative, we’ve developed a recognition program outlined below to celebrate staff and business partners who make an impact in each of our thematic areas. We look forward to celebrating staff who elevate campus experiences in ways that support our FY Goals!

Our Elevate the Experience Recognition Program is a monthly recognition initiative that highlights team members and business partners who go above and beyond in enhancing the experience for students, faculty, staff, or peers.
Each recognition ties back to the Elevate the Experience theme. We’ve created badges (buttons) of excellence that staff will receive when recognized in each of the categories.
Nominations
Peers, supervisors, or even campus partners can nominate someone who has demonstrated outstanding service, innovation, teamwork, or problem-solving. Or nominate yourself! Nominations are collected on an ongoing basis via the nomination form.
Recognition
Honorees receive a button featuring one of the Elevate the Experience categories. A spotlight story is shared in the F&A newsletter and on our website, showing how the person elevated the experience.
Recognition Categories:
Elevate Service – delivering exceptional customer experiences
Elevate Innovation – introducing or championing a new idea or process improvement
Elevate Teamwork – supporting colleagues to achieve more together
Elevate Insights - using data to inform decision making
Elevate Tech - use, adopt, or implement tech.
